Posture ka jugaad – Sit Smart! Be it working on a laptop, baking cakes, or designing outfits, tedha posture means pakka back and neck pain. I had a client, a home baker, who used to hunch over for hours. With just a simple lumbar cushion and proper screen height, her back pain vanished! Fix: ✔ Keep your screen at eye level (no more WhatsApp-scrolling neck cramps!) ✔ Sit straight as if someone’s pulling you up by the head ✔ Invest in a comfy chair or at least a cushion for back support.
